Most billing jobs are volume jobs: a queue that never empties and a metric that only counts claims touched. We are building the opposite. Our automation absorbs the repetitive work so specialists spend their time on the parts that genuinely require expertise: complex denials, appeals, payer escalations and root-cause fixes.
The work is harder and more interesting, and the people doing it have more leverage than they would anywhere else.

Go deeper into a specialty, into denials and appeals, into credentialing, or into the operations side that designs the workflows.
Medical Billing Specialist
Charge entry, coding review, claim scrubbing and submission across multiple specialties. You will review automated output and own the final call before claims go to payers.
- Hands-on experience in medical billing for outpatient practices
- Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS, including modifier logic
- Familiarity with major commercial and government payers
- CPC, CPB or equivalent certification preferred
A/R & Denial Management Specialist
Own aging A/R, work denials to root cause, file appeals, and escalate with payers until a claim is actually resolved.
- Denial management and appeals experience across payer types
- Comfort on the phone with payer representatives
- Command of timely filing and appeal deadlines
- The persistence to work a claim to resolution rather than to a note
Credentialing Specialist
Payer enrollment, revalidations, CAQH maintenance and roster management for the practices we serve.
- Prior credentialing or payer enrollment experience
- Comfort managing many parallel deadlines without dropping one
- Precise, documented follow-up habits
